Consumer Rights: Withdrawal, Cancellation, Return Conditions General: By placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract presented to you. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products. Shipping costs are paid by the buyers. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, provided it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract. The purchased product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with documents such as the warranty certificate or user manual, if any. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of the situation and must refund the total amount to the buyer within 14 days. If the Purchase Price Is Not Paid: If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the transaction in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends. Purchases Made with Unauthorized Use of Credit Cards: If, after delivery of the product, it is determined that the buyer’s payment was made with a credit card unlawfully used by unauthorized persons, and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with return shipping costs covered by the seller. If the Product Cannot Be Delivered on Time Due to Unforeseen Circumstances: If force majeure events occur beyond the seller’s control and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer is informed of the situation. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order: if payment was made in cash, the amount is refunded in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the payment was made by credit card and canceled, the product price is refunded to the bank within 14 days, but the bank may take 2–3 weeks to transfer it to the buyer’s account. Buyer’s Obligation to Inspect the Product: Before accepting delivery of the product/service subject to the contract, the buyer must inspect it; dented, broken, torn packaging, damaged, or defective goods/services shall not be accepted from the courier. Accepted products are deemed undamaged and intact. After delivery, the buyer must carefully preserve the product/service. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product/service must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product. For service contracts where performance begins with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. The costs arising from exercising the right of withdrawal belong to the seller. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent to the seller via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not be used under the provisions of "Products That Cannot Be Returned" in this contract. Return Conditions: The seller must refund the total amount and return all documents obligating the buyer within 10 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice and must receive the product back within 20 days. If a decrease in value of the product occurs or the return becomes impossible due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer must compensate the seller’s damages proportionately. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from proper use of the product within the withdrawal period. If the withdrawal causes the total amount to fall below the campaign limit set by the seller, the discount benefit obtained within the campaign is canceled. Products That Cannot Be Returned: Products prepared in line with the buyer’s requests or clearly personal needs and not suitable for return, underwear bottoms, swimsuits and bikini bottoms, cosmetic products, single-use products, perishable or expired goods, products unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons if their packaging is opened after delivery, products mixed with other products and impossible to separate by nature, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines (except under subscription contracts), instantly performed services in electronic form or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer, and audio/video recordings, books, digital content, software, data storage devices, and computer supplies whose packaging has been opened by the buyer cannot be returned under the regulation. Furthermore, services begun with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends cannot be withdrawn. Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) can only be returned if their packaging is unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused. Default and Legal Consequences If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the issuing bank and be liable to the bank. In this case, the bank may apply legal remedies; charge expenses and attorney’s fees to the buyer; and in any case, if the buyer defaults on their debt, they accept that they will compensate the seller’s losses due to delayed performance.
